I’m in my eighth year here at the Fairpointe and really enjoy it. It’s quiet, well maintained and people are really friendly, from all staff and neighbors never have had a bad experience. Maintenance issues are always taken care of quickly. Hoping rent doesn’t get increased, so I can spend more time relaxing and enjoying all there is to do and see in this beautiful little corner of the world! So many good things to say. I’ll start with Ari and Lindsay who go above and beyond to make things happen for a positive outcome. I can’t thank you two enough. Ari was giving birth at the hospital and still taking my calls and helping me!!! Amazing. And Lindsey is the same amazing person. And this week Thomas the new maintenance man came twice in horrible weather to take care of a few things and he did it with a smile and professionalism. He’s always smiling and fixes things right the first time! Thanks Mr Thomas.
