We booked through Amazon Services for our moving out day. The technician never showed up and never returned my phone calls or texts. The phone number just has a voicemail in Spanish. Then they canceled my appointment without telling me (Amazon told me). Terrible service.
We hired them through Amazon Home Services and they cancelled five minutes before our scheduled appointment. Now we are stuck having to do the cleaning ourselves. Horrible communication and lack of caring. Do not use this service.
