Leonora is wonderful! We've been going to 2 years now, and she's fast, honest, and personable. She'll be out tax person as long as we are in the area!

I came in on October 20th after the online deadline had passed because Leonora said there was still time to do it and said it would be fine. I never got my refund and now Leonora says it was too late AFTER she charged me and did not mention ANY risk that it could come back after I specifically said “Isn’t it too late? Is there any risk that it could come back?” And she said “NO it’s not too late.” I feel lied to and swindled. I would not recommend someone who doesn’t know the deadlines or LIES.

I've been having my taxes done by Leonora Kogan over seventeen years. I met her while she was working for a large income tax preparing company. Unlike many other employees working there, Leonora took care and paid personal attention while preparing my income tax. That was the very reason for me to follow her to wherever she went. I had an excellent experience! My refund was processed electronically and came to me very timely. I also had some bookkeeping done for my business, as it has recently become overwhelming. Would highly recommend.
