Tell me why they will accept your appointment for a specific time and then make you wait an hour to get your haircut. Great haircuts but if I’m paying over $50 for a haircut, I’m not showing up ON TIME, AND WAITING FOR YOU.

Would not recommend at all. I set an appointment online for 12:00. I arrive at 11:48, walk in the door, stood there, waiting for some sort of acknowledgement. Zero. I looked around, not knowing how the business operates as it was my 1st and will be the last time to visit. There were 3 customers in the chairs, 3 barbers, and 3 gentleman sitting on the couch. Tried 4 separate times to schedule appointments, all canceled after being accepted. Crazy
Saw they had sign saying they did walk ins. The shop is very bright and professional. I was assigned to the first stylist open. I explained in detail how I want my hairs cut and beard trimmed. Worst haircut in 20 years. The beard trim was so bad I went home and shaved all my facial hair off to start fresh from the unprofessional trim. It was not at all what I asked for. Never going back to this place.
