Do not book Francisco at Fade Factory. This is the second time I have shown up with my sons for a scheduled appointment and Francisco was simply not there. On at least two other occasions, he was 15-20 minutes late to the appointment. I don't mean that he was busy with another customer on those occasions, and was late as a result of that... I mean he literally wasn't even at work, and just drove up to the building 15-20 minutes after the start of our appointment... and this has happened multiple times. Great experience at Fade Factory. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail really stood out. You can tell they take pride in their work and making sure you leave looking your best. Roberto specifically takes such good care of my son and he loves the fades he does especially before he has games! I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Fade Factory to anyone looking for a quality haircut and a barber who knows what they’re doing.
