This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to write a negative review. I brought in a tool that broke under warranty, and they kept it for months with no intention of fixing, replacing or refunding it. Not to mention, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They showed no interest in resolving the issue and treated me with outright condescension. I won’t be returning and I strongly suggest anyone reading this review to take your business elsewhere.

I called this store to get a part for my snowblower spoke with dan Bewsky, was a total waste of time. Argued with me about part I needed then orders telling me it is the correct part wait 3 weeks on back order. pay for shipping and it is wrong part then will not answer my call even Stan will not return calls but has time to email stupid responses, In Dans email he states "Understand that I've Paid shipping to return and have lost money on this sale at this point" ...
