Disappointed with the service. I called ahead to verify a part and was told it was in stock, but after a 50 km round trip, I was sold the wrong item—even after showing my old part to staff. When I returned, the correct part was only available in a $10 more expensive kit. I was forced to pay the difference for their mistake. When I called to discuss this, management blamed me for not providing a serial number they never asked for. Total of two hours and extra gas spent to fix their error. Poor accountability.
Moved to the area and was in need of lawn tractor. Upon entering the location the staff wants to engage. They know what they are talking about. I have to say Sherri you are truly awesome. From the start to the actual sale. Flawless. I will be coming back for more equipment for sure. LISTEN GO SEE THEM! Ask for Sherri.

This is the first time I’ve ever been compelled to write a negative review. I brought in a tool that broke under warranty, and they kept it for months with no intention of fixing, replacing or refunding it. Not to mention, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. They showed no interest in resolving the issue and treated me with outright condescension. I won’t be returning and I strongly suggest anyone reading this review to take your business elsewhere.
