Long time Trenton resident as well as retired military. I visited the Husqvarna store in Marketplace this morning to purchase a combo weed eater. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and supplied immediate help. Once I told the gentleman what I was after he stated that there aren’t any of that model available on the floor and we should go check the system to see if any were in stock. Disappointed with the service. I called ahead to verify a part and was told it was in stock, but after a 50 km round trip, I was sold the wrong item—even after showing my old part to staff. When I returned, the correct part was only available in a $10 more expensive kit. I was forced to pay the difference for their mistake. When I called to discuss this, management blamed me for not providing a serial number they never asked for. Total of two hours and extra gas spent to fix their error. Poor accountability.
Moved to the area and was in need of lawn tractor. Upon entering the location the staff wants to engage. They know what they are talking about. I have to say Sherri you are truly awesome. From the start to the actual sale. Flawless. I will be coming back for more equipment for sure. LISTEN GO SEE THEM! Ask for Sherri.
