I got a haircut done by Alyssa. After coming and realized it is completely choppy very unevenly cut. Barely any layers were add even though I had asked a for a lot of layers.
This hair salon experience was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I asked for balayage without really knowing what kind of shade of blond I was looking for. Thank goodness Helen was my hairstylist and helped me find the perfect shade and dimension I wanted. I would definitely recommend Helen to anyone who wants to get their hair professionally done. The environment was also amazing. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. Here is a photo of after my appointment.
Catherine is so good at cutting my hair and makes me feel so great after every visit!! I love to chat and catch up while she fixes me up all nicely. I suggest booking an appointment with her!!
Terrible experience. I booked a partial color with Helen, waited 20–30 minutes even though I was on time, and the price kept going up mid-appointment. After 6 hours, I was left with greenish/yellow, patchy color instead of the ashy look I asked for. She then told me she couldn’t fix it because it would “damage my hair” and to come back in two weeks. On top of that, the haircut was flat with no shape at all.
