Every time they send some "repairman" to my house it becomes a multiple day ordeal. They leave a mess behind and do terrible (and I mean terrible) work. Yesterday we had 2 guys come to fix 1 tub drain that was leaking. It was my only day off all week and we had reported the leak 4 days prior with the guy saying he was on his way for 2 days before actuallyshowing up. 2 guys....1 drain.....5 hours later= 2 guys running out of my house without saying a word to anyone and a hole in my shower big enough to shove my fingers in aro... read more
