Merry was super nice helpful and the paperwork and leasing process was quick and easy! I love my apartment and love living here so far and my dog seems to enjoy it as well 🤍
We absolutely love living here! We recently transferred to a new unit and couldn’t be happier, it’s right next to the dog park, which is perfect for our pups. Kelly has been absolutely amazing to work with!! She helped us with our first unit and made our transfer process just as smooth. She’s honestly a big reason we chose to sign for another year. She’s patient, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. We truly appreciate everything she’s done for us! Would definitely recommend this place!
We've lived here for almost a year and plan to renew our lease. A lot of the negative reviews mention tenants not cleaning up after their pets, which is a complaint we had as well. The leasing office implemented a plan to resolve this issue and we have seen a tremendous improvement with this particular problem. The leasing office is friendly and maintenance is prompt with resolving requests.
Looked at several apartments and chose the one I wanted, I knew the next day that I got the apartment. Merry is wonderful, courteous, professional. Looking forward to living here, apartment is awesome, everything is brand new and in great working order. Working with Merry has been a great experience, she's the best!
Living in this apartment complex was a really great experience for me. Kelly, one of the property managers, is incredibly friendly and always super helpful. The maintenance team was quick, professional, and reliable whenever needed. I haven’t had any negative experiences and would definitely recommend this apartment complex. It was a worry-free rental with a great value for the price. Just be aware that there are a lot of dogs here and the train runs nearby.
