I lived here last year (Aug 2024 - Jun 2025). The building does not seem to be maintained very well, and my roommate and I had a problem with leaking in the bathroom that never got resolved. We had part of the wall missing for almost the entire time we lived there. In the end of May, I started having a swarming termite problem. Great management, great space!! Very roomy and in very good condition. No notes:)
1. The management is rude and one of the managers lied to my face just because she didn’t want to help me with an issue. She also raised her voice like a toddler when she didn’t understand what I was saying. 2. The apartment is very overpriced and is infested with fruit flies throughout the plumbing. 3. I have put in multiple work orders for different things, but they have never been fixed.
