Excellent place to live. Close to campus and warm and cozy environment. Zoey at the front desk is quite helpful and has efficiently helped me every time. I highly recommend this place to live as it is spacious and was built before all those new dumb highrises that try to cram you into a tiny space with 6 people then charge you 1.2K a month.
Shout out to Zoey for holding me down when I needed some info. She was very professional and informative. Very well spoken and patient. I was able to schedule a tour appointment and gather more info to help make my decision easier. Thanks again Zoey. Give her a promo or raise cuz she real good!!
We toured all of college station for my daughter's apartment next year and was extremely impressed with Mia and Zoey at the Warehouse and Factory Apartments. As a parent, I appreciated their patience with my million questions and how comfortable they made us feel. I am really excited and feel really confident in our decision for her new home this fall.
