I've generally had a positive experience so far in the Warehouse building. The location is extremely convenient being close to campus making a bike ride no more than 10 minutes for me to most of my classes. I like to study in my apartment and the complex is very quiet at all hours which is nice. The staff is very friendly and they host frequent events for all sorts of things from groceries to coffee to food. The main advantage is close to campus location and very friendly & helpful manager staff. I had lived here for almost two years and liked it, however, I had constant problems with the dishwasher breaking and sink leaking all the time, at one point of time I decided that it would be easier just not to use the dishwasher rather than clean the mess when it is leaking and calling maintenance every time. Looks nothing like the website, wifi bad, appliances broken.
Edit: I lived here for two years, the first year went swimmingly and I had a great experience, and then my second year not so much. My unit became unreasonably humid around the end of spring. I reported this to maitenance and they made sure my AC was working fine and lended me a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier couldn't fix the problem as it quickly became clear there was some sort of leakage or insulation issue, because this dehumidifier bucket (13 gallons) would fill up completely with water 5-6 times a day if I ran it const... read more
