I have lived at Warehouse and Factory for 2 years now and i have really enjoyed my time here. The complex is very close to campus which makes going to class very easy and convenient. Overall i have zero complaints about the staff or maintenance. Both are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any questions. Highly recommend living here, its an amazing community.
Living here these past few months has been great! Maintenance is pretty good when I put in requests, and they always let me know if it'll take longer than usual. The Leasing Team is great! I always run into Hunter when I go down to the office, and he is always in a helpful mood. That goes for the entire staff. If I have a question, they are always able to help me out. This is a pretty great property. I really like living here. Just make sure to renew as soon as you can; the spaces fill up fast.
