We live super close to the Factoria and often walk the walking path from Buchanan to Peekskill. We used to love stopping by the outdoor bar for a quick drink and a bite to eat but the service is just so bad now. There’s usually 4 or 5 people behind the bar who are expert at ignoring the patrons. Having worked as a server and bartender it’s just so crappy. I even saw one server taking a shot of liquor and a puff off his vape🤨
The only thing this place has going for it is location. Service made you feel like you owed the place something The music was so "off" it's not even worth talking about Get it together, commit to being better.
We had our wedding at the Factoria in April. JUST WOW!!! We instantly fell in love with the vibe and atmosphere, but I truly could not dream of a more perfect venue if I tried. It hard to put into words what an incredible venue The Factoria is. The food was phenomenal, the ceremony was beautiful, the staff was attentive, the views were amazing and so much more.
