Super Honest and Friendly! I went inside to buy some moisturizer and I dropped some cash in the store without knowing. I left the store for a good amount of time and kept walking around Grand Century Mall. As I was going to leave Grand Century Mall I had to pass by the Face shop again and when I did, I saw the employees come up to me and ask me if I had dropped some money. The Story Rd store clerk knows nothing about the products and I asked for a nail strengthener and she gave me a base coat. I didn't realize until after I bought it. Avoid this location.
