My favorite shop for products! The staff at the Ala Moana location is so kind and patient. They have taken the time to help me understand my hair and skin so that I get the perfect product. Almost every product they’ve recommended I’ve bought again! Especially The Face Shop Rice Water Shampoo and Round Lab products. Highly recommend!
Unless you need something that is exclusive to this store at that location, I would see what you want but go online and buy it. A lot of the items were marked up significantly. Especially anything from The Whoo.
Awesome service worker was very nice!! Definitely check this place out
The staff member I encountered spoke as if I was bothering her even though she approached me. Her answers were rushed and she didn't seem like she wanted to help. It's ok though, I'm sure there are other companies out there who are more than willing and will be patient enough to answer my questions.
