Thank you The Face Lab and Maheen I've been meaning to write a review but summer plans have keep us busy. The products recommended have been amazing and our last session was great. I'm loving my journey with The Face Lab.
Horrific almost low key hostile "facial" experience with a person named Maheen and I had to walk out half way with a mask on my face because I just felt attacked and uncomfortable. They refunded me around 40% of the cost to me which is fair as I went in late due to traffic, and they have accommodated me postponing the facial prior. However, I have never been treated like this in any spas or facials environment low or high end. I had a great experience at The Face Lab. I’ve been going there for years. I recently had softwave and Botox there, maybe two or three weeks ago, and I’ve been getting many compliments on my skin. I had someone stop me on the street to tell me I was glowing and ask for my routine haha. I would 10/10 recommend. Jo is a real pro!
Kayla and Maheen were so wonderful! They were patient explaining every step, so knowledgeable in recommending products for my specific skin type. I will most definitely be back, thanks ladies !! ❤️
