Hank was outstanding to work with. I needed to replace the shutters in my condo that I use for a vacation rental and Hank did it all. I never met him in person. We did it all by phone and e-mail and the end product was excellent! He had his team go out the condo, measure the windows, provided me his recommendation, and then installed them when they arrived. The Fabric Source and Hank are my go-to folks now for all things related to what they do. A great experience. The install was completed in mid-January 2022.
The store staff were very nice and helpful! We have shopped at this store several times and their materials are made of very good quality.
