I don't do a lot of sewing or fabric-related projects, but have shopped here in the past and have had good experiences. More recently though, I had a very positive customer service experience which prompted me to leave this review. I called the store looking for something specific (styrofoam bean bag filling). Came in to look at getting some fabric. The 2 women working that day where more interested in their conversation than helping me. I found the fabric that would work and took me 20 minutes to get one of them to come cut my fabric cause I just wanted to leave by then.
