Outstanding care and service! A must visit!!!
Great customer experience. The place felt so welcoming. They fixed two eyeglass frames for us which were not even purchased from them and did not charge a cent. We will certainly keep going back for future purchases. Thank you.

The Eyeglass Factory on Doncaster is wonderful. Ben was really helpful in getting our glasses for our daughter done the same day within a very short time frame. Prices were great and he was very helpful at suggesting frames. Will definitely return to this long standing business in Thornhill Markham.
