I was very happy to see Becca after all this time! She's always very professional and very skilled at what she does. Also, always happy to see Terri at the front desk. Staff always set the bar high on customer service and professionalism! Kudos!
I have yet to have a visit that was not perfection by the whole dental staff.
My daughter is just shy of being 2 years old and has only been to the dentist office once before. The room has a Dr. Seuss theme making it a fun and comfortable environment for the kiddos. We were greeted by a sweet and personable hygienist who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Today was just a routine cleaning. Everything went smoothly and the hygienist had answers for my questions. My past experiences, with routine cleaning, X-rays, doctor exams, and filling of suspect areas were also good.

I went for my regular cleaning and the staff is always friendly and professional. This office has a great team and work well together. I am always happy with the quality of care that I receive.
I go in every 3 months for cleanings. Dr. Kerwin and her staff are excellent! Becky is a great asset to the team and always goes above and beyond when working on my teeth. Dr Kerwin is NEVER too busy to stop and say hi and check on you. If you need a place for your family's teeth well being...GO to the Smile Centre!!
Always an excellent experience with Lauren. She makes sure you’re comfortable, makes sure she addresses any issues you might have and she always remembers something personal you might have shared ie, my trip to Florida. So happy she is my hygienist.
I am a new patient (5/20/2021) at The Smile Centre and of Dr. J Kirwan’s. The scheduling, appointment reminders (email & text) along with the patient forms were all “EASY “. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and professional. The dental hygienist (Lauren) was gentle and informative when taking films and during my cleaning.
