The appointment went very well and Jen, the hygienist, was wonderful. My husband about blew a gasket when he saw how much our out-of-pocket expense was, however. The office and personnel were great, but not being in our dental in$urance network i$ a problem.
I was bummed out that you guys took out the video games in the waiting room. If you really want to update your waiting room put in a PS4.

The entire Leavenworth staff and operation is truly TOP NOTCH! Personal and professional throughout! From the time you enter the door, greeted by Pam Baker, you feel at home. Turns out, 29 Aug was Teri's birthday, which Pam made mention. Short time in waiting room (newly decorated), then greeted by Justin (my hygienist), an utmost professional that is invaluable to Dr, Kirwan's staff.
