I was able to get an appt. the same day I called. My husband came along and decided to get an exam while I was picking my frames and they took him as a walk-in. From the moment we walked in we were greeted in a warm, friendly professional manner. They thoroughly explained what my vision insurance covered and what our out of pocket expense would be. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! The facility is very clean and it's so convenient!
Okay, I want to begin with the fact that the staff are extremely on point. Second, the exam process went very smoothly and they found the fix for my vision problems. Third, the staff treated me and my service dog with kindness. This place has it going on and I hope to see it still standing when I need another exam in my future. Big Shout Out To Sherry Sar!
