It was well worth the visit. Myself and my 3 children all had our eyes tested. My daughter needed a prescription, even though she had been tested at another location a few weeks previously and was said to be fine. I cannot express the change in her since she got her new glasses and we have Dr. Daughtry and the girls at The Eye Care Group to thank. The choice of frames is excellent and the advice given when choosing was great. The offices are very clean and friendly. I highly recommend The Eye Care Group.
I love this office! I would recommend them to anyone! They treat you like a person, not a number.
I went in today to look at there selection of eyeglasses and the staff was very helpful and knowledgable. They did not give me a big sales pitch and the prices were decent. Much better than going to a discount club or an one hour place. Customer service and Crizal lenses make all the difference!
Horrible experience! I visited Dr. Call she gave me the wrong prescription and ended up wasting time and money. She gave me a dramatically different prescription although my prescription hasn't changed in over 10 years. She did not listen and kept giving me different trial pairs of the same prescription. I eventually had to get a second opinion at a different practice and had to pay out of pocket. My insurance did not cover the entire cost at The Eyecare Group so I ended up losing time and money.
Do not visit! I went here for the convenient hours but I had a horrible experience. I saw Dr. Call. She gave me the wrong prescription 3 times. She was nice and did want to give me contacts that were comfortable but did not correclty assess my prescription. I could not see, had a headache and she did not listen when I told her my prescription had not changed in over 10 years. She insisted my prescription had changed from -3.75/-4.50 to -5/-5.75 I will never visit here, the rate was high (almost $200 for contact exam), my ins... read more
