I have always been treated like a Family Member, not just a random patient. From beginning to end I feel like everyone wants to help me get better. Couldn't ask for anything else
I have been calling Wolfe Eye Clinic since Monday because the prescription that was sent in for my daughter was a dose that does not exist. Each day I have expressed how many times I have already called and have been told the matter will be taken care of by the end of the day and I will receive a call. It is now Thursday and it is day 4. I am beyond disappointed in the level of service I have received.
Staff all identified themselves- excellent communication every step of the way. Confident the care was high quality
