If I can give this 0 stars I would . I was put on hold for 30 min to make an appointment then the guy answers me talking to me soooo RUDLEY !!! He was talking to me in a sarcastic way and in a very rude tone ! I told him that I’m not going to continue to speak to him and to transfer me to someone else because the way he was speaking to me is unbelievable! Very good doctor, and they treat you very professionally.
It was a pleasant visit, I just wish people were nicer during visits.
I had wonderful service here a few years ago, especially for my children. But when I went to schedule an appointment recently they were rude, and basically told me that they would charge me several hundred dollars just to see them again. They made it very clear that they were not interested in patients that didn't have certain insurance plans. Since the Dr we had gone to had left the practice, there was absolutely no reason to stay with them.
I called to schedule an appt with them and the amount of disrepect and rude customer service I received just TO SCHEDULE!!! We not even talking about seeing the doctors I was placed on hold for almost 30-45 mins without checking back then when she came back to the phone I addressed it she put me on hold while I was talking and the manger Michele came on who was just as RUDE and didn’t want to hear me vent or rant about my experience so she just interrupted as well I can’t believe this I have told my entire job about this and... read more
