The 1st time I tried to make an appointment they called me the night before to confirm my appointment was at 11. I get there at a quarter till I wait almost noon For me to finally go up to the desk and ask what is going on she told me that my appointment was canceled and she's given me a call right before my appointment. Excellent customer service, great experience, very friendly and professional! Worked with my insurance and there was no pressure felt like I was a person not a number! Highly recommend this office
I went there with my Mom to fix her eyeglasses, other optical place could not fix it, and the doctor from The Eye Shoppe Optometry did fix it, and didn't charge us. The staff was very friendly and attentive, there is a lady that speak Spanish and English that can help to the people who only speak Spanish.
Dr. Lee & his staff are amazing. He took the time to explain so much to us. I left knowing much more than I could have imagined. The staff was friendly, funny & super helpful.
I really was amazed with the service that Dr. Lee and his staff gave to me. They was so helpful and polite every one did their job. I'll recommend Dr. Lee to my family and friends
