My mother was scheduled an Eye surgery. She was told to come and pick up eye drop on a Friday . Get here on a Friday and was told they were closed . Online and on the door said they are open Monday-Friday . They need to change that . I brought my mother back on a Monday , called an ask if they was open and a young lady answered the phone and she said they was open . The door was still locked . I called so someone can open the door . They hung up on me twice . Very unprofessional.
