Surprise billing. Beware! I paid my co-pay during my visit 6 month ago. Six months later they sent me a bill with more random copays for each procedure -- no rhyme, no reason. Terrible communications!
Be careful before you consider this place. I agree with the other negative reviews. But if you do have to go, make note of the following: 1) Appointment time - Be prepared to wait upward of 2 hours for an appointment. You will be very lucky if the doctor can see you within one hour of waiting time. The actual time you will spend with the doctor is going to be very short (sometimes less than 5 minutes). Was not very impressed. The optometrist did a good job on the prescription, but the office space was messy and unorganized. Additionally, the eye equipment was quite old. Everything was still done on paper (no computers in exam rooms as far as I could tell) and it just seemed 10 years behind the times.
