Taking more than one hour waiting, when the appointment was made on time 😡
We arrived right on time for our appointment and spent a good chunk of time filling out all the paperwork. Once we finished, the front desk informed us that the office never received the insurance authorization. They gave us two options: pay the full amount out of pocket or leave. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and showed zero respect for our time. Both the staff and Dr. Fung told us it was "not their problem" and just blamed my PCP. Surprise billing. Beware! I paid my co-pay during my visit 6 month ago. Six months later they sent me a bill with more random copays for each procedure -- no rhyme, no reason. Terrible communications!

Be careful before you consider this place. I agree with the other negative reviews. But if you do have to go, make note of the following: 1) Appointment time - Be prepared to wait upward of 2 hours for an appointment. You will be very lucky if the doctor can see you within one hour of waiting time. The actual time you will spend with the doctor is going to be very short (sometimes less than 5 minutes).
