Examiner is nice. But front desk is not willingly to take my inqury about my contact lenses not fitting in skiing movement. She rejected to order new contact lenses good for skiing or any dynamic movement. She even declined to make suggestion and do some research on contact lenses that would fit in sports.
CHEATING!!! They cheated me so to see them again. They knew I had two insurances: one vision insurance and one health insurance. After I saw them the first time last year, they called me a month later and said I "missed" a test, and I needed to make another appointment to do that missed test. After I went there, again I asked what test had been missed? They said: No, no, this is a new exam. They said the first one was "vision exam" and this one was "medical exam".
