I had an appointment at 3:00 pm - I checked in at 2:55 pm. I waited for my number to be called for more than 15 mins, and then at 3:20 they told me that they are running late and it would be another 15-20 minutes before the doctor could see me. So they can reschedule my appointment to some other day. I wasted 45 mins driving to their office and then another 20 minutes only to be told that they will reschedule my appointment or wait more time. I had cataract surgery in both eyes at the Eye Institute recently. I was very impressed with the entire procedure from beginning to end. My doctor was amazing and made me feel comfortable and confident during both procedures. The staff was great and met any questions or needs I had. I’m so happy with the results as my vision is so much better and I now see colors much brighter and clearer. I highly recommend the Eye Institute to anyone needing professional eye care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandoval since about 2013. Other doctors were telling me I had dry eyes (which I'd never had). Only Dr. Sandoval figured out I had an aggressive autoimmune disease that was threatening my cornea. Thereafter, he was the only eye doctor I trusted. I've had both cataracts replaced and the outcome was AMAZING! Dr. Sandoval has provided excellent eye care to my mother, husband, sister, and my children. The advice and care is always excellent.
