I arrived early for my field test today. Dr Sandavol's staff invited me in for my test before I was even seated. Dr Sandavol and staff are always personable and friendly.
I had an eye related run to the ER & Dr Sandoval’s staff squeezed me in as a new patient. I was told to prepare to wait, and 5 mins later I was taken back. 5 minutes after that I met Dr. S. Very wise and reassuring. Unrushed explanations. Great staff. Happy to have this funny and nice doc in my corner.
PERFECT !! I value that a human actually answers the phone (Eleanor) ELEANOR is a magnificent and competent multi-task person. She is functionally impressive (got my Emergency Room file immediately for use in my appointment) ELEANOR is not only fully amazing in her capacity, but she is friendly as well. , Thank you ELEANOR ! I also was so impressed with SHRESHTHA...she did the eye tests and eye drops and she was so kind and accommodating (I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity which she pleasantly and effectively worked with. ... read more
