Very unclear of direction here. You come in, they have you sign, advising of fee fee fees. You get your eyes checked and they you go and get bashed with people trying to make you pay a lot for simple glasses after they take all of your money, now go back over and pay your copayment. Highway robbery this place is committing. All they want is money!!!!
Dr. Shah was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. I was not impressed at all with the reception. Don’t want to be negative but they need work on customer service. I’d say thank you and no response back. The little things matters and when you feel welcome it doesn’t go unnoticed. Everything else was good.
