Had to wait over 24 hours for my prescription to be called in ( with me having to call and speak to office managers etc to even get done). Staff were very rude after the fact and had every excuse why it wasn’t their fault and had no idea why after spending $100 (staff was quick to correct me it was actually only $95 🤣). I would never recommend again!! As a medical professional myself I reached out to address concerns and they reassured me “there is no way that was done or said”. When in fact it was!
Dr. Phillips is very nice & helpful.
