Great glasses selection! TERRIBLE service. Was told my frames would be done 4 days after purchasing which seemed like a decent turnaround. 2 and a half weeks later I’m still without glasses and being given every excuse in the book about why my glasses aren’t ready from shipping issues to them having “no one to cut my frames available” It’s hard not to get frustrated when your vision relies on the timeline of something out of your control. I’ve been a loyal customer of The Eye Gallery Honolulu, purchasing 4 pairs of Ditas, 1 Cartier, and having another Cartier frame lensed there in a short period of time. I really appreciated the staff and the convenience — they always took care of me whenever I came in, and I often purchased 2 frames a year. My last Dita order took about 5 weeks, but I was patient and understanding. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
