Dr. Coben diagnosed a complicated vision problem with her usual experienced, knowledgeable professionalism (and patience!), going the extra mile(s) at every point in the process. Sadly I don’t remember the names of ALL those who guided me through the process of choosing and fitting the perfect glasses but Michael, in particular, was also beyond kind and patient in repeatedly ministering to a very worried, anxious patient. I am thankful.

Efficient and helpful for all aspects! I fell and broke my glasses and scratched a lens! They quickly repaired them and got me one new lens! They did not charge me! Unbelievable!
