I had been a patient at their Dunwoody location last year and it was the worst experience I had ever had with any eye doctor. I decided to try this location and its another world from Dunwoody. Great staff, fantastic doctor who really listened to my needs. Thank you for changing my feelings and I will be your customer for years and years! Thank you.
Terrible customer service experience. The staff here is not friendly at all and I've noticed this on multiple visits. I'm surprised the location is still open lol. I ended up going to the Sandy Springs location and purchasing a frame there. Save your money and spend it at a store/location with employees and management that are both patient and appreciative to customers deciding on a frame.
I must say, buying eyeglasses has never been fun for me, until I came here. The frame styles are great and the doctor was thorough. Answered all of my questions. I appreciate the help given to me by the Opticians. They treated me like family and it was my first time here. I will definitely return!
Good: Frames are of high quality, but the prices will take your breath away. The optometrist, Dr. Than, spent a lot of time with me and the prescription was excellent. Bad: I've had warmer relationships with used car salesman. Optician was computing his commission to four decimal places while he was talking to me. Went back with a problem at 10 the next morning (after I had left at five the afternoon before) manager treated me like stranger, not like a customer who had just spent $600+, and did absolutely nothing to help. Never again!! – ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Contact lens exam--BEWARE! Went in for a contact lens exam. My current brand has been bothering my eyes recently so was hoping to try out a different brand. Everything seemed great at first...until after the exam. When I asked for a trial pair of an Acuvue, they said they would have to charge me for the 2 lenses!! What? REALLY?? What kind of !@*#$'ed up business charge their patients for a trial pair?? All I ask for is to be able to find what's comfortable for my eyes. So if I want 2 trial ... read more
