On March 3 I requested a copy of my prescription for some much needed glasses. I left a voicemail. No return call. Today I called early and talked with the receptionist. I provided my fax#. I waited 3 hours and still no fax. I called back in and she told me fax came back as undeliverable. I provided my fax# again. In the meantime I had other people fax me something so I could make sure it was not on my end. I received their fax promptly. I have YET to receive faxed prescription from The Eye Experience. :🤔Â
