Unbelievable negative experience. The nurse was so rude and short when I asked for a price explanation with my insurance I left before seeing the doctor. This is a giant expensive chain who doesn’t care about patients. Go anywhere else but here.

I got a conformation email that my glasses were ready to be picked up a week ago, I went to pick them up just for the two front desk ladies having a hard time locating where they were… they then asked another associate to help find them, he pulled the chart up and said oh this is the account that the glasses were sent to another location, he informed me they would have them shipped from that location to their location , I said just ship it to my house… I drove 45 mins to pick up my glasses that were ready a week ago just to ... read more

Everyone was very nice and professional lets start with desk staff they were very warm and welcoming considering that we were a little late for my mom appointment they were still very accommodating. The office manager was very nice and patient as well..
