Absolutely terrible experience. I went in today because I had a stye. I’d never been to this place before, yet they somehow already had all of my personal information on file. Since I’m new to the area, I found that very odd, but I decided to overlook it. The doctor himself was great, but unfortunately the office staff were not. The first receptionist told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the visit, which turned out to be completely incorrect, I submitted the claim myself and it was covered without any issues.
