Thank you for looking at me like a piece of garbage when I walked through the front door. The woman you have at the optician counter is as sour as they come. I was then ignored for the entire time I was in the waiting room, even when I tried to approach the front desk. I wasn't acknowledged ONCE unless you count getting stared down as a greeting. This was a follow up for an emergency appointment. The appointment was on time and the doctor was quite good at explaining my progress and options.
I've been a patient of the Eye Center for more than 30 years. I'm always confident that I will be getting the best care. Most if the staff is so friendly and personable. I hope they stay around for a long time!
