I will never ever go here again. They have miserable hours and their website says they are open even when they are not. It must be nice that you do so well in your other offices that you can ignore patients at Shamokin Dam. Twice I have gone to pick up my glasses and they were closed. The practice of closing an office when it suits you is irresponsible
Pack a lunch! Arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment for my son and we didn’t see the doctor until noon. Staff is always friendly, but this isn’t the first time I’ve waited nearly an hour past an appointment time.
Drove 25 minutes to this office today to pick up contacts and they’re closed! Website hours say open until 5pm! Maybe update website to correct hours! Very frustrating!
Hours are not correct. Also told I could pick up an order today However no one here and the office is closed. Drove over an hour. 100% not acceptable. More than likely once orders are obtained I will not be doing business here. Dr was great. Rest is a hot mess.
