My experience today at optometrist for the first time was ok, the experience with staff onsite was kinda flaky and offensive, but still a little professional.
I have always been seen by Dr. Reddan. He is a excellent doctor. Hes patient and kind. He remembers each of my family members who he sees. When I discuss personal issues with him he has always sent me a encouraging card in the mail. What doctor's do you know does that. I will definitely keep him as a eye dr. They were extremely rude, racist, and disrespectful. They treated my mother as if she were a fall risk, but she became frustrated after waiting for hours despite arriving early for her appointment. The female doctor is the most disrespectful individual in the practice. She fails to understand her patients and "thought" she knew what was best, when in reality, the patient simply wanted to leave her office due to her disrespectful behavior. Great place and was thoroughly happy with Dr Stickel. Takes time to explain what is needed and keeps you comfortable throughout the process. So glad I booked my appointment here
