I had an appointment on Monday and I call to cancel when they opened at 8:00am because they are closed on the weekend. I was told I had to pay 50.00 to cancel because it wasn’t 24 hours. I told her how was I suppose to call if they were not open on Sunday when I got hurt. The receptionist was very nasty and unconcerned about my situation. I received a bill in the mail for 50.00 and I put it on the trash. I will not be paying it and every time I receive one I will give them a bad review.
Dr. Sturm is a great eye doc
This is 2nd time I have had issues at this office with the black girl at the front desk with the short hair . Last time I was there she was singing and laughing so loud . It was rude . This time when I walked in she didnt acknowledge me AT ALL and when I said “hi there” after giving her a min , she was on her phone ( personal phone ) put her finger in the air and rudely said I’ll be with you in a min, and gave me the stink eye .
