This is 2nd time I have had issues at this office with the black girl at the front desk with the short hair . Last time I was there she was singing and laughing so loud . It was rude . This time when I walked in she didnt acknowledge me AT ALL and when I said “hi there” after giving her a min , she was on her phone ( personal phone ) put her finger in the air and rudely said I’ll be with you in a min, and gave me the stink eye . Yes, Dr. Stern is a very dry and rude person She's not a Greetable person, i also had a bad experience with Doctor REDDEN ,HE WAS THE DR ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES I Accidentally put glue in my eye instead of my eye drops and we call him on an emergency visit on a sunday , and he told my husband and I that he was on his way to church,WE IN UP GOING TO THE ER FOR TREMENT, AND I WAS DONE WITH BOTH DOCTERS AFTER THAT. DISAPPOINTED PATIENT
Dr. Stickel and the staff are very good. They are very thorough and friendly.
