I took my 14 year old daughter here to get her eyes checked as she wanted to transition from glasses to contacts. They were very professional and explained the options well and while we did not use their "in house dispensary" she did get her first pairs of contacts there and a couple of post exam visits to make sure things were going well. They were always professional and courteous and helpful.

Attempted to make an appointment for a routine eye exam transferred to multiple depts, person I spoke with could not get into the system as they needed to check my insurance. Said she would call back. No call back, . Called the next day, received a very curt and defensive receptionist, cited COVID as the reason why I was transferred to multiple people, they had no staff ........ no one wants to work........ Then received a call from the benefits person who told me no need to run my insurance unless medical, she did not know ... read more
