Had a good experience with this eye doc, he did a thorough exam when I mentioned I had spots of concern in my eyes. Would recommend!
I needed an eye exam and scheduled it here. Huge mistake. I was upsold on a procedure and agreed. Never once did the tech or Dr tell me that they were doing that part of the exam. Was it actually done? Who knows. After paying up front for my exams I get a text message 30 days later that I owe more money. I was told I paid up front on everything that was due, guess not. I took my 14 year old daughter here to get her eyes checked as she wanted to transition from glasses to contacts. They were very professional and explained the options well and while we did not use their "in house dispensary" she did get her first pairs of contacts there and a couple of post exam visits to make sure things were going well. They were always professional and courteous and helpful.

Attempted to make an appointment for a routine eye exam transferred to multiple depts, person I spoke with could not get into the system as they needed to check my insurance. Said she would call back. No call back, . Called the next day, received a very curt and defensive receptionist, cited COVID as the reason why I was transferred to multiple people, they had no staff ........ no one wants to work........
