This was our first experience with this office and it was terrible. The front desk representatives are terrible. They didn’t even greet us!! Mispronounced and mumbled my son’s name, misspelled it on the pt forms AVS when I tried to correct it, the receptionist got a bit snippy. Our appt was at 2pm. We didn’t get inside the room until 2:45. Imagine trying to keep a 5 year old busy in a doc office for this long. The nurse was nice and somewhat polite but not really.
