It’s insane how every single person that works the front, the face of the office, is rude with the worst attitude. If I had not gotten my lasik through The Eye Center and had the actual doctors not been so great I would have changed providers a long time ago. The hiring manager needs a psych eval, because based on this staff, her judgment really needs to be evaluated.
Don’t schedule in this office, they obviously don’t need new patients, I believe they have enough business, I scheduled twice and they cancelled both appointments last minute, even scheduled with the wrong doctor and also cancelled, the receptionist is super rude and makes u feel like you’re wasting her time,
I’ve been a patient at this practice for years and have generally had good experiences, but today was quite disappointing. As I waited to be checked out, the receptionist was engaged in casual conversation with her colleagues and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. When she finally spoke, I couldn’t tell if she was addressing me or continuing her conversation, so I politely asked her to repeat what she said about the credit card. I have been a loyal patient of this eye center for over 20 years, but my most recent visit was incredibly disappointing. My daughter and I arrived for our scheduled appointments, expecting a routine vision exam covered by our insurance. Instead, we were met with confusion and ultimately charged $180 for a contact lens prescription that we never requested.
