Doctor was nice only complaint is that my glasses took 2 months to arrive although that was not thare fault and was a issue with who ever manufacturers them
Took my 4 year old in to get her eyes checked and they were very patient. She had a good experience and I was happy with it.
The facility was very clean. The office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Krager was very professional and knowledgeable. He saw something in the test and sent a urgent referral and I was seen a few days later and found out I not only had cataracts in both eyes but both dry macular degeneration in one eye and wet age related macular degeneration in the other eye which I am receiving treatments I would never of known an lost more of my eye sight. Stopped in early and asked for a Dr to see me as I had a severe eye hemorrhage and didn't want to go through weekend. Receptionist was rude and said no time- " I guess you will have to go somewhere else"..not good and not typically Chewelah. Very disappointed- I am a return patient.
Sarah is belittling and rude. She is not patient with customers, and hovers over the process of picking out glasses. Don’t get an appointment near lunch time or quitting time, or you’ll be rushed throughout your time of picking out glasses. Glasses are also much spendier than options in Spokane, so if you are willing to drive, then skip this place altogether. Communication is also really lacking. Don’t expect to be communicated with in a timely manner.
