Everyone was efficient and kind. Very knowledgeable and service was very good. The man who fits the eyeglasses is phenomenal. Appointment times are long- mine was over two hours, but I didn’t wait for anyone. I’ll be back.
Excellent, caring visit
I want to give flowers to Dorothy and Adam in the eyeglasses department. Last year, I brought in my Oliver Peoples frames and Dorothy helped set me up with prescription lenses for them, as opposed to just getting them from OP's preferred manufacturer. (Dr. Ebelhar's eye exam was obviously a helpful and vital part of this process!) But Dorothy took extreme care in documenting my vision issues, notifying me of my choices as a consumer, explaining the different options, and alerting me to how those variables would affect my eye... read more
