Overall, my experience at Eye Care Institute was exceptional. It was my first visit and check-in went smoothly, and my wait time was short. The technicians were thourough and efficient. The optometrist, Dr. Emily, was congenial, professional, and offered informative and practical advice in regard to my situation. Probably the best experience I've had in my 60 years of wearing eyeglasses.
