After a cloudy & drizzly day, the Eye Care Institute was a ray of sunshine! Adrienne greeted me when I walked in the door and quickly got my information in the computer. I could have stayed and talked with her all day - she beams positivity and pride in her job. Week 3 of my PRK surgery! Eyes are doing great. I am seeing better each week. The goal is 20/20 per Dr Pattar. And I am well on my way. He truly wants the best for your eyes. If nothing else, please come in for a free evaluation to see if you are a candidate.

From the time I walked into the door at my first appointment, I was treated like I was the only patient. Every staff member was polite and genuinely seemed to care about my needs. Even the janitorial lady asked me how I was doing :) Dr Meyer answered all my questions and calmed any fears I may have had. Sherry and Morgan have been wonderful as well. They answered questions and made follow up calls. I completely trust that The Eye Care Institute will treat you as well as I have been treated!
RecommendedOur family and several friends go to The Eye Care Institute and has had excellent results. My husband had shingles which started in his eye and Dr. Greene was able to save his sight. He also recently had cataract and lens implant surgery which went well, despite my husband's nervousness and tendency to be lax about after-care. The Eye Care Institute provided extremely helpful, caring,prompt, and supportive customer service. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering LASIK surgery. Dr Meyer and the staff exceeded my expectations!
Had an excellent experience with a second opinion consultation today. Debbie Davis was exceptionally kind and competent and Dr. Meyer addressed my concerns with respect and wisdom.
The only place to go in the Louisville area. The entire staff is great, very proffesional and I've never had to wait for any lenght of time. They saved my vision recently by reattaching a detacted retna and even saw me on two occasion over a weekend with complications with the surgery. Not a problem for them. You can call 7x24 and a doctor will call within a few minutes..
