I had been a patient at the Eye Care Institute for 10 years and had many positive experiences. After six years living in New York, I returned to Louisville and today. Dr. Guruprasad Pattar provided my annual medical eye exam today. He was professional and personable. I've been here 3 times in the past couple months and waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to even be called back to the first station, even when I show up early and get signed in. Today I noticed the person who signed in before me had the same doctor at the same time. Very frustrating. If my primary physician had not referred me here then I would try to go somewhere else.
