Made an apt solely for a contact prescription update. Somehow left with a glasses prescription and no contact prescription. Was told they are to busy to do that right now. Same issue as last visit. Left very confused and frustrated. Do not recommend as the eye dr cannot do contact prescriptions for some reason I guess. Plan on atleast 2 seperate appointment dates to complete this locations procedures.
They will mislead you about their provider network association leaving you to pay out of pocket and end up with zero reimbursement.
For the first time ever in my life, I have ever needed to get an eye exam. To say that I am very pleased is an understatement from the Receptionist to the assistant and doctor as well words cannot describe how comfortable I felt. I was very nervous at first, but as soon as I enter the building, I became very relaxed. The eye care center in Geneva, NY refused to give me an appointment because they did not take my insurance. I have Medicare and very good supplemental insurance provided by my late husband's employment at Raytheon. I had cataracts removed in both eyes followed by laser surgery in both eyes years ago. I recently moved to Geneva and am experiencing blurry vision in one eye. I was not refused by a doctor. I was refused by the receptionist who hung up on me. Is this even possible?
