Wish my deductible was lower so I can go here more lol truly a great establishment with professionals that supersede the name on the board. My Dr. Dugo and her team are phenomenal. From the lady and the gent at the front desk, to the curb appeal to the lobby and waiting area, all clean and supreme. Thank you for providing great service, looking forward to my next appt in March 2026
The Eye Care center is very proactive in ensuring the health and safety of our eyes. Before I knew what a retinal tear was, after I called in with a couple of symptoms, I was seen within hours, diagnosed and treated immediately. Every single facet of this center is totally professional and extremely competent. I highly recommend the center.
Doctors sometimes have a hard time hearing their patients if you know what i mean but they overall will get to the root of the issue and help in any way. Very matter of fact doctors. The one receptionist they had was amazing but the new girl doesnt seem to understand hippa or confidentiallity as the whole waiting room heard every detail of our check in process she was so loud. Like that the doctors are smart but please bring the other gentleman back pay him more or something.
Amazing from acquiring appointment to reception and ordering glasses! Deanna and Dr. Stevens were so pleasant and accommodating. The very kind and considerate gentlemen (sorry didn’t catch his name) that helped me with my budget concerns was the best!! My final experience of paying and getting squirted by the hand sanitizer capped off the day! Wonderful experience, looking forward to my next visit!!!
Such a great experience from start to finish, the pharmacist picked up on my daughter’s anxiety and quickly helped distract her by letting her try on different glasses. Olivia was an amazing tech, so patient with my 3 year old and getting the job done , even spoiled her with color books and stuffies to help her get through her appt! Dr. Steven’s and the pharmacist Michael both did a great job explaining “the why” for my daughters new prescription.
