Went for 6 months testing. Staff is always very nice & understanding. They explain everything to you.
The only thing I regret about this place is not having visited sooner. All of the staff are very kind, respectful, and treat Hispanics with a lot of love. This is my first time in this beautiful place and I am not leaving. From the moment you walk in, it's a smile, and a contagious kindness; I walked in smiling and left the same way. My regular pair of glasses broke, so for the last two days, I have been wearing my back-ups, which were purchased online, never adjusted, and the temples were starting to hurt. My FIL is an eye surgeon and on the board of ophthalmology at Upstate, and told me to just go to any eye place to get them adjusted until it was time to get new glasses.
