My vist was the best and went verry well and the doctors were super kind! The doctors are the best and I've had great care ever 💯!They honestly care for the patients and for the best eye health possible! Everyone, from the receptionist who checked me in to the young lady that checked my eyes and Dr. Dugo were Pleasant and professional. And answered all my questions.
Ordered contact lenses which usually take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive max. It’s been 4 weeks now and when I call them they say that I will have to wait for another week. Worst service but nothing to do since they are the only ones near me.
While I appreciate the Geneva office for taking me in on short notice I am giving them a 1 star review because they didn't find it on my first visit and charged me 150 dollars 2 days later I returned and a second doctor found a piece of sawdust under my eyelid within 10 seconds of looking then they still charged me 50 dollars for that visit.. when I complained they said because they gave me some antibiotic eyedrops for free they still have to charge me.. but I wouldn't even have needed those if they would've done they're job... read more
We have been bring my father to the center for several years my father can be difficult. Even though the whole team is great and amazing. David was very patient and kind to my father making this the best visit we've had. Thank you all but mostly thank you to David and Dr. Piper.
