10/10 I highly recommend The Eye Bar Optics, my 1st visit was amazing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products & services. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends. Excited for my new glasses 🤓.
Choose a different eye doctor I went in here on February 11th for a contact exam and they keep telling me my contacts are coming and it’s now May 29th and I still don’t have them. I’m now looking into a lawyer since I have the voice recordings and confirmations from them stating insurance was the issue however I got in touch with Medicaid and an order for my contacts was never actually placed by eye bar optics. Customer service is about honesty and the lies are finally catching up with them.
The Eye Bar Optics exceeded my expectations in every way. My grandmother recently had a severe stroke and needed an updated prescription. She has very limited mobility and limited speech, so I was nervous about how the appointment would go, but Dr. Mike Demers and the team were incredible. He was so patient, gentle, and kind with my grandmother. He even held her hand when she was scared, which speaks volumes to the care and compassion he has for his patients.
