Went here to look for my wedding dress. I had one of the last appointments of the day. The associates were not helpful, they just said to pick dresses and here's a room, let us know when you're done. Did not offer to help get into dresses (come on, these are big wedding dresses not cocktail dresses!) or help on selecting (they know better than I do what is in the store). Associates were playing on their phones and chatting. Dresses were dirty and torn. I couldn't wait to leave.
