Poor service and workmanship as it is 19 months from actual date of contract and my home is still not done. They keep coming back to fix major issues like to correct uneven floors, loose hung door, new toilette not flushing and more. New construction should not require repair. Worst experience and will never refer them to anyone.
Worst experience as the house is left incomplete and defective. They overcharged us and took advantage of my mother who is 88 years old and has cancer. Unprofessional and unconscionable
The worst service as the work is shoddy. New construction of an addition has so many defects that I am not sure where to begin. Floors are not leveled, paint was peeling after so called new paint, not up to code as stairs missing railing and crooked, garage driveway overworked and crooked edges and rugged. They took advantage of my mother who 88 year old and has cancer. Unconscionable and immoral
The worst contractor as he promises you a quick professional job but fails to complete and then disappear. He has not answered any of our calls since last year and has not supervised the work. He is sending his 26 years old daughter who is not a licensed contractor to try to address major construction issues. She is disrespectful and has yelled at us when we questioned them in sending us certified letter threatening to place lien on my 88 years old with cancer homestead home. The worst experience as they literally took our money only to give us an incomplete and defective home. They overcharged us by deception accused it on our engineer. My mom is 88 years old who has cancer and they threatened her with a lien by sending her certified letter notice of lien and bogus invoices charging her literally for curing their work defects.
