Similarly to other reviews, I had issues with being overcharged and double charged multiple times for a total of $750
This practice attempted to charge me for sessions BCBS paid already, even after I contacted my insurance and was told I owe nothing. It took weeks of back and forth with the practice for them to zero out my balance and they are still refusing to admit that they were wrong or commit to making a policy change to not attempt to charge clients for payments already received by insurance.
